A Typical Day at Daycare

Drop-Off time is between 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.

We will take your dog back to the supervised play area where he will meet-up with playmates.  Your dog will have his own personalized “cubby” where his leash and any personal toys and snacks will be stored.  Any payment will be taken care of at pick-up.

Mornings at Dog-Gone Fun will be the most active time for the dogs.  They are full of energy and this is when the dog-dog interaction is high.

There is a mandatory quiet time between 12-2. 027

All the dogs will be either crated or in a space by themselves.  This gives them a chance to wind down from the morning, eat their snacks and get the mental and physical break they need.  Any dog that looks like they need more frequent breaks will be given a chance any time during the day.

From 2 p.m. until pick-up time the activity level is a bit lower with interval of play, lounging and belly-rubs.

Pick-up time is between 4:00 – 6:00 PM.

NEW Enrichment Program and Activities
Does your dog need just a little more than dog to dog play during his day of daycare?  Are you going on vacation and want your dog to have a little extra personal time engaging in some extracurricular activities?  The Dog-Gone Fun enrichment program is the perfect solution!

Dogs who would benefit from our enrichment program.

Puppies– Puppies can benefit from our obedience sessions by reinforcing good manners and brushing up on simple obedience skills.  They can take advantage of environmental socialization with a nature walk and simple obstacle courses to help their developing social skills

Intense and intelligent dogs – Some dogs may become bored in a normal daycare scenario and can benefit from more mental and physical stimulation.
